You can delete your data from Creatozen at any time. This page explains the options, what gets removed, and how long it takes. It also serves as Creatozen's data deletion instructions for the Meta Platform.
Option 1 — Disconnect Instagram
To stop Creatozen accessing your Instagram account and remove the data tied to that connection:
- Open app.creatozen.com and go to Settings → Integrations → Instagram.
- Choose Disconnect.
You can also revoke access directly from Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → Creatozen → Remove.
On disconnect, the access token is revoked and deleted immediately, and Instagram content synced for that connection (messages, comments, media metadata, and insights) is deleted or de-identified within 30 days.
Option 2 — Delete a workspace
- Go to Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace.
- Confirm. The workspace and its contacts, conversations, automations, content, and analytics are scheduled for deletion.
Option 3 — Delete your account
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. All workspaces you solely own are scheduled for deletion along with your personal profile.
Option 4 — Ask us to do it
Email creatozen@gmail.com from the address on your account, or with enough detail for us to identify the account or Instagram connection, and state what you want deleted. We will action verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
- Meta access tokens — revoked and deleted.
- Instagram data obtained through the Meta APIs — direct messages, comments, media metadata, profile details, and insights held for the connection.
- Derived records — contacts, conversation history and summaries, lead scores, tags, pipeline entries, content ideas, and analytics built from that data.
- For account deletion: your name, email, phone, hashed password, and settings.

If you messaged or commented on a creator's Instagram account and want your data removed from their Creatozen workspace, contact that creator, who controls the data. You can also email creatozen@gmail.com and we will forward your request and assist the creator in actioning it.
